You've already heard the news that government agents will be given the authority under ObamaCare to break into your home, and you already know about the "ObamaCare Navigators, and so-called "Community Organizers" like the New Black Panthers (and potentially OTHERS with criminal records) who will be given access to your most private financial, health, and gun ownership info through ObamaCare.  Physicians have already asked my 5 year old grandaughter “if her father has a gun at home”.  She answered before I could stop her.


       But now the Daily Mail UK is reporting that the "Feds are building a detective squad to target consumers and companies that don't follow Obamacare's rules."
       The Daily Mail goes on to say: "More than 1,600 new employees hired by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources in the aftermath of ObamaCare's passage include just TWO described as 'consumer safety' officers, but 86 tasked with 'criminal investigating' – indicating that the agency is building an army of detectives to sleuth out violations of a law that many in Congress who supported it still find confusing."
       John Boehner seems to believe that by keeping ObamaCare around, so he can PRETEND to fight it, is “good politics”.  Idiotic notions such as this, exibited by other GOP leadership against the will of their constituents, MUST have consequences!

       The insanity must end today.  Simply put, unless we stop ObamaCare in the next 30 days, the LIES that Obama told you “could never happen” will be revealed as HIS LIES in short order after the 1 year delay illegally created by Obama to save the 2014 Congressional elections for the DEMs before ObamaCare disaster KICKS IN.
        

The American people are no longer fooled, and any politician who opposes the defunding of ObamaCare in the upcoming Continuing Resolution will FOREVER be branded as SUPPORTING OBAMACARE.

My open letter April 29, 2012 to Martin Fox, CEO of National Pro-Life Alliance article accusing Romney of being a Chameleon.

"Mr Fox, I have often wondered how a TOTALLY honest man could ever become President in a system like the one in America that we have allowed to flourish and even allowed the hijack of our government and turn it against the Constitution and we the people.  I have often thought that it might be an impossibility to elect a totally honest man anymore in America.

Only the Liberals who have no love of the traditional Christian nation America, and work for its destruction  can take a simple concept like "changing your mind" and deceptively re-define it as a "flip flop" to attack opponents.  What a miracle and blessing if Obama would flip flop, right?  Good thing that Norma McCorvey (Roe in "Roe vs Wade") flip flopped on abortion and has now endorsed Romney, as has National Pro-Right to Life?  Liberals like to make an "art-form" out of taking Conservative sound-bytes OUT OF CONTEXT, while along with Main Stream media, ignoring Obama's  "Marine Corpse", Australian language, 10,000 killed by Kansas twister (no, only 12), "my Muslim faith", his bowling score compared to "Special Olympics" standards, "the bomb" that fell on Pearl Harbor, ATMs cause unemployment, blamed dictator Chavez's election (1998) on Bush (elected 2000), burns over 9000 gallons of Jet Fuel on Earth day speech which could have been given from the White House, celebrates "Cinco-de-Quatro the day before Cinco-de-Mayo", FBI's "first one hundred days", visit to "57 states", expects to be President "for eight to ten years", MY GOSH WAS OBAMA EVEN BORN AROUND HERE?

How is Romney attacked by Liberal lies?  His hair looks too good, he can't sing well, his jokes are not funny, he is a flip-flopper, he loves his wife, children & grandchildren too much, 50 years ago he was a prankster, the American built cars he drives, he has legally and honorably become successful in our capitalist economy, he "cheats" on his taxes paying 35% (highest tax rate) on his earnings and an additional 15% capital gains on investments from the SAME earnings invested, and then over 15% in charitable donations for a grand total of 65%, accused of being "money hungry" when he donated ALL of his inheritance to charity, saved the Olympics and donated his ENTIRE Olympic salary to charity, and each year of his life has contributed 15%+ of his assets to charity AS HAVE I OVER THE LAST 32 YEARS - compare that to Obama, Biden, Santorum, Gingrich (all less than 2% charitable donations) AND I AM NO MILLIONAIRE - where do you see honor and honesty?  Would you even RECOGNIZE honor and honesty?

Romney's Massachusetts health care plan was passed by the 85% Mass Congress, overriding 8 Romney vetoes and still is NOTHING LIKE OBAMACARE   Step by step comparison -  NOWHERE NEAR THE SAME THING!) - Romney cast nearly 1000 vetoes as Governor of Mass - do you think LIBERAL Governors cast that many vetoes in Mass in one term?

And so now you and other, what I have describes as "angry" Conservatives, join with the LIBERALS to help promote their koolaid?  So what make you "angry" Conservatives any different than the LIBERALS?  You have taken your eyes so far off the prize that you can no longer recognize Truth, Honor, and Honesty?  Then how can we EVER elect a totally honest man in America when the "angry" Conservatives join the LIBERALS with unfounded attacks against GOP candidates?"

They claim the total tax burden in MA went up under Romney.  This falsely implies that Romney raised taxes.  In truth, Romney repeatedly proposed tax cuts, which were shot down by the Democratic MA legislature, starting as soon as he began to turn around the economy, prompting the liberal Boston Globe to complain after Romney's first year in office, "The first signs of life appear in the Massachusetts economy and the governor calls for a $225 million tax cut."  Some communities in MA chose to raise property taxes at the local level which Romney had no control over.

Some critics claim that Romney's cuts in state spending forced local communities to raise their taxes, but the fact is they were under no obligation to raise taxes.  Romney also closed loopholes in existing tax law, allowing the state to collect taxes from those who had been using schemes to reduce income reported on state tax returns.

Some critics falsely assert that Romney raised capital gains tax rates.  In truth, the tax increase was enacted before Romney was elected governor but took effect during Romney's term after having been tied up in court for several year.  Critics are unable to point to any tax increases from Romney, and Romney fought for tax cuts and did get some tax cuts enacted.

"Individual Mandate Would Force ALL Americans to Have Insurance"  Romney's bill was individual mandate because the 85% DEM state legislature over rode his veto, but only FORCED people with NO insurance to get it, because it had a true "opt out"?  Look at this summary

SCOTUS - Kagan ObamaCare Recusal

Elena Kagan MUST recuse herself or be disqualified from the Supreme Court case regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare).

As Solicitor General, Kagan was involved in the deliberative process regarding the defense of ObamaCare. This gives her access to information that may be protected by legal privilege. This alone creates a conflict of interest, never mind the fact that she celebrated ObamaCare's passage in an email exchange, the day it passed, with a subject line “fingers and toes crossed today!” with Lawrence Tribe -- Clearly indicating that both Tribe and Kagan were discussing with great anticipation and support, the imminent passage of ObamaCare.  Tribe, is a liberal Harvard law professor, and former teacher and mentor of Obama.  Tribe was serving at that time in a specially created capacity in the Department of Justice called “Senior Counsel for Access to Justice.

Kagan e-mailed Tribe at 11:39 am “I hear they have the votes, Larry!!  Simply amazing.”  Exclamation points are hers.

Tribe replied late that afternoon “So health care is basically done!  Remarkable.   And with the Stupak group accepting the magic of what amounts to a signing statement on steroids!”  Exclamation point is his, seeming to show his glee about the fast-one they had just pulled on Stupak and other pro-life Democrats.

The Obama team managed to bury the evidence of this "smoking gun" for months.  A thorough vetting of Kagan's role in ObamaCare could have forced her to pledge to recuse herself from this case in order to get confirmed.

Kagan -- as Solicitor General -- had a rooting interest in the passage of ObamaCare.  She supported the bill and seemed joyful at the bill's passage.  And as the Judicial Crisis Network (JCN) has carefully documented, Kagan engaged her department in the strategy to defend ObamaCare in court “before [ObamaCare] had even been signed into law.”  JCN also tracks how Kagan was involved in the “deliberative process” for her office’s legal defense of ObamaCare.

It is clear that Kagan's "impartiality might REASONABLY be questioned," because of her PERSONAL investment in the deliberative process of crafting a defense for ObamaCare, and therefore, per federal law, she must be disqualified from this case.

That is how we the people are guaranteed an impartial deliberation by the Supreme Court, of the Constitutionality of the laws of our country, America.

For Judge Kagan to do otherwise, and inject her deliberations into a setting which DEMANDS her recusal, would be UNCONSCIONABLE and illegal.

Don't you just love the Democrat's tactics of RE-DEFINING common terms for deception or attack?  Did you notice they now use the term REVENUES instead of TAXES?  They want the term PROGRESSIVES used instead of LEFTISTS.  Democrats have VETOED the word "ObamaCare" in all their constituency mailings.

Statistics Don't Lie, But Politicians Do

There are actually two messages here.

The 1st is very interesting and shows the quality of healthcare we can expect if we are unable to stop ObamaCare.  Remember that as we age, we will ALL come under the ABSENCE of care under ObamaCare unless we repeal it.  But the 2nd is absolutely astounding - and explains a lot about Obama's agenda to destroy the American economy.

A recent "Investor's Business Daily" article provided very interesting statistics from a survey by the United Nations International Health Organization.

REMEMBER THAT AMERICA DOES NOT HAVE SOCIALIZED MEDICINE  (OBAMACARE) -  YET!  BUT ENGLAND BEGAN IN 1911, AND CANADA  BEGAN IN 1912!

        And when it's the same for 92% of his senior staff and closest advisers?  They've spent most of their time in academia, government and/or non-profit jobs or as "community organizers." They should have been in an employment line.

Understanding Obama - the Cloward-Piven Strategy

If you have never been able to understand Obama's bizarre decisions - If his decisions seem destructive to you - If you are finding it difficult to predict the Obama tactics - If you want to clearly understand the Obama agenda - THEN YOU NEED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE CLOWARD-PIVEN STRATEGY!

 Finally they found someone who went to school with Obama – Who gives us an excellent description about Obama’s plan for government control of America.   Once you know Obama’s plan, it is easy to recognize the reason for ALL his decisions, which before we could never understand.

If you have never heard of the Cloward - Piven Strategy, simply do a Google search.  Tons of information is available.  You will also find out more below, from Obama’s classmate at Columbia University Class of 1983.  It is a strategy for the destruction of America by "manufactured" crises, that Columbia University School of Social Work professors Cloward and Piven created while at Columbia University.  They were a husband/wife team and  political activists who created the socialist plan that Obama is following STEP BY STEP TO THE LETTER, to accomplish the overthrow of the United States of America as we know it. The Cloward-Piven Strategy uses “manufactured” crises, which has been “orchestrated” by the Obama administration to TRANSFORM the federal government into a welfare dictatorship, with no basis in the Constitution or law.

The more you know about the Cloward/Piven plan, the more you will be able to clearly see the reasoning behind Obama’s baffling decisions.  Cloward and Piven are professors at Columbia University, and Wayne Allyn Root is the first person to claim to have been a classmate of Obama, and only revealing that after  after three years of the Obama  presidency.

Yes, Wayne Allyn Root's statement below has been "CorrectlyAttributed" by Snopes.com which is a Liberal "fact finding" site which husband/wife team normally use to support Obama and discredit accusations against him.  They do their best to distort ANY accusation against Obama to appear false.

It is interesting that the Snopes "Obama Support" site grades this picture as "REAL PHOTOGRAPH - INACCURATE DESCRIPTION".  They explain that the "inaccuracy" is some bloggers statement that the book is a "Muslim view of a defeated America".  Snopes bends over backwards to ignore that the author, Fareed Zarkaria is a Muslim, and then Snopes deceptively states that "The book is not about the decline of America, but is about the rise of all other countries ABOVE America in the FUTURE". SNOPES WORKS SO HARD TO DISTORT THE TRUTH IT MAKES THEM LOOK LIKE IDIOTS.

IF OBAMA IS RE-ELECTED IN 2012, THE UNITED STATES IS FINISHED.

He is a devout Muslim do not be fooled.  Look at his Czars – all are anti-business, anti-American.  As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussein Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University.

The Cloward-Piven strategy outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system by creating crisis in government spending, class warefare, social unrest,  and entitlement expansions.  Add up the clues below.  Taken individually they're alarming.  Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government.  Why not?  They have no responsibility to pay for it.

UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE!  The health care bill, ObamaCare,  has very little to do with health care.  It has EVERYTHING to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions).  Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt.

What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government.  Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

CAP AND TRADE!  Like ObamaCare having nothing to do with health care, Cap and Trade has nothing to do with global warming.  It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors.  Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants.  They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power.  The bonus is that all the NEW TAXES ON AMERICANS with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses help Obama "spread the wealth around from the "evil" rich to his supporters and co-conspirators."

MAKE PUERTO RICO A STATE!  Why?  Who's asking for a 51st state?  Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression?  Not Puerto Rico, they have voted to REJECT statehood four times already!  Certainly not American taxpayers!  But this has been Barack Hussein Obama's plan all along.  His goal in making Puerto Rico a State, is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and 4 million loyal Democratic voters already living in the United States, and 4 million loyal Democrat voters living in Puerto Rico, who are dependent on big government.

LEGALIZE 12 MILLION EXISTING ILLEGAL MEXICAN ALIENS!  Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America.  But it also adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to vote and support big government.  Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.

TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF STIMULUS AND BAILOUTS!  Where did all that money go?  It went to Democrat contributors, corrupt organizations (ACORN, New Black Panthers), fraudulent corporate contributers (Wall Street, Solyndra), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save and create jobs for non-essential government employees across the the nation.  It went to take over and save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues.  It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions).  A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues).  All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America.  The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, the unions, and Obama cronies grow more powerful.   The ends justify the means is straight out of the Communist Manifesto.

RAISE TAXES ON SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, HIGH-INCOME EARNERS WHO ARE ALSO THE JOB CREATORS!  Obama’s plan is to put the entire tax burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama).    When you put the ENTIRE TAX BURDEN on the people who CREATE jobs, then jobs will cease to be created as their businesses die off.  Currently the top 1% of earners pay 34% of all income tax, the top 10% of earners pay 66% of all income tax, the top 50% of earners pay 97% of all income tax, and the bottom 50% of earners pay ZERO to 3% of all income tax!  DO YOU STILL BELIEVE THE LIES OF OBAMA WHEN HE SAYS THE RICH DON’T PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE OF INCOME TAX?  Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to REDUCE THE SIZE and invasiveness of the government.  Barack Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition, re-distribute their stolen wealth, and pay the TRILLIONS necessary to buy votes of welfare and federal employees.

With the agenda outlined above, Barack Hussein Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government;  a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government;  and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist dictators by OVERWHELMING THE FEDERAL SYSTEM.

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussein Obama using the Cloward and Piven Strategy."

The KEY to understanding Obama's intent is the Cloward - Piven Strategy, but even MORE understanding can be had by understanding the Saul Alinsky Model which Obama also follows.  I will have a future post on the Alinsky Model, but if interested, you can Google some articles on it.

Place ObamaCare On Hold!

America needs your vote on the "Time Out on ObamaCare" Act, bill number S.281, authored by Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX).

This amendment would COMPLETELY halt the ObamaCare health care nightmare from being implemented pending a final judicial ruling on its constitutionality.

ObamaCare is bad medicine for America because it kills jobs, bankrupts the government, drives up everyone's health insurance costs, puts bureaucratic “boards” in charge of rationing care, and ruins the world's best health care system – NOT A PERFECT SYSTEM, BUT THE WORLD'S BEST!  The 2800+ page ObamaCare bill was INTENTIONALLY set up with hidden agendas and “costs” which were not to be revealed to the public until AFTER the November 2012 elections.  There are currently 26 states in court to repeal this bill, and currently the number of waivers granted stands at 1400+ including seven entire states.  Most of these waivers have gone to Obama constituents who SUPPORTED ObamaCare, but do not want to suffer under its oppression.  More than 1400 waivers have already been issued to businesses and unions, AARP, more than 50% of all waivers have gone to unions, 20% of all waivers have gone to Ms. Pelosi’s district, and Mr. Reid’s whole state has been waivered, ALL supporters of ObamaCare.  This is CRONYISM in it’s ugliest form!  The sheer numbers of waiver requests has been so large that the House and Human Services (HHS) announced they were shutting down all waiver requests as of September, 2011, but appears to still be issuing waivers because of public outcry.  HHS has still refused to release details or criteria on how waivers are granted and refused.  Selective implementation and enforcement of ObamaCare OR ANY LAW is the first sign of tyranny.  A government empowered to determine arbitrarily who may operate outside the rule of law inevitably leads to corruption, ultimately resulting in tyranny.

Polls have consistently shown that a solid majority of Americans want Washington to reverse the GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER of health care and adopt a patient-centered approach.  The Obama Administration is rushing to implement this unpopular law in the face of the opposition of a majority of the American public, a majority of the House, a near-majority of the Senate, and a majority of the states, which latter are suing to have the law stayed on constitutional grounds.  Obama’s Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has found that Obama’s promise of 4 MILLION new jobs is false, and CBO estimates that ObamaCare will ACTUALLY destroy more than 800,000 EXISTING jobs.  Before casting his vote in favor of ObamaCare, Sen. Kent Conrad, North Dakota Democrat, described it as "a Ponzi scheme of the first order, the kind of thing that Bernie Madoff would have been proud of"(sic).

Since December, 2010, two federal district judges, in Virginia and Florida, have declared unconstitutional ObamaCare's "individual mandate" requiring all U.S. residents to purchase health insurance (the linch-pin of the entire, 2801-page law).  The rulings in these and other cases are being appealed by the Obama Administration's lawyers. The judge in the Florida case made clear that he is effectively ordering the government to stop enforcing the law on the 26 states who are parties to the lawsuit; yet the Obama administration has indicated it WILL NOT halt implementation.

To avoid wasting more time and money imposing costly burdens on individuals and employers that may eventually be ruled null and void by a decision of the Supreme Court, Congress MUST vote on and ultimately adopt Sen. Hutchison's "Time Out on ObamaCare" Act, bold legislation that would impose a moratorium on further implementation of ObamaCare the until the courts render a final judicial decision of its constitutionality.

As millions of my fellow Americans, I am outraged, devastated and extremely angry by the democrat's unbelievable arrogance and disdain for We The People.  Despite our screaming "no" from the rooftops, they forced ObamaCare down our throats.  Please forgive me for using the following crude saying, but it is very appropriate to describe what has happened. "Don't urinate on me and tell me it's raining."  Democrats say their mission is to give all Americans health care.  The democrats are lying.  Signing ObamaCare into law against our will and the Constitution is tyranny and step one of their hideous goal of having as many Americans as possible dependent on government, thus controlling our lives and fulfilling Obama's promise to fundamentally transform America .

I keep asking myself, how did our government move so far from the normal procedures of getting things done?  Could a white president have so successfully pulled off shredding the Constitution to further his agenda?  I think not.   







Ironically, proving America is completely the opposite of the evil racist country they relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives used America’s goodness, guilt and sense of fair play against her.  In their quest to destroy America as we know it, progressives borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek mythology.  They offered America a modern day Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted golden shiny new black man as a presidential candidate.  Democrat Joe Biden lorded Obama as the first clean and articulate African American candidate.  Democrat Harry Reid said Obama only uses a black dialect when he wants.  

 
White America relished the opportunity to vote for a black man naively believing they would never suffer the pain of being called racist again.  Black Americans viewed casting their vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action for America’s sins of the past. 

Then there were the entitlement loser voters who said,   "I'm votin' for the black dude who promises to take from those rich SOBs and give to me."

Just as the deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their victory, deceived Americans embraced the progressive's young, handsome, articulate and so called moderate black presidential candidate as a symbol of their liberation from accusation of being a racist nation.  Also like the Trojan Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding inside.   

Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in Obama, the shiny golden black man.  A raging army of progressive-democrats charged out.  Without mercy, they began their vicious bloody slaughter of every value, freedom and institution we Americans hold dear;  launching the end of America as we know it. 

 Wielding swords of votes reeking with the putrid odor of back door deals, the democrats landed a severe death blow to America and individual rights by passing Obamacare.

The mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations of racism.  Because I am a black tea party patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking me the same veiled question.  "Why are you siding with these white racists against America’s first African American president?"  I defend my fellow patriots who are white stating,   "These patriots do not give a hoot about Obama's skin color.  They simply love their country and oppose his radical agenda. Obama's race is not an issue."

Recently, I have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about Obama's race not being an issue.  In reality, Obama's presidency has everything to do with racism, but not from the Tea Party movement.  Progressives and Obama have exploited his race from the rookie senator's virtually unchallenged presidential campaign to his unprecedented bullying of America into ObamaCare.  Obama's race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a presidential candidate and most recently even the Constitution of the United States.  ObamaCare forces all Americans to purchase health care which is clearly unconstitutional.

No white president could get away with boldly and arrogantly thwarting the will of the American people and ignoring laws.  President Clinton tried universal health care.  Bush tried social security reform.  The American people said "no" to both president's proposals and it was the end of it.  So how can Obama get away with giving the American people the finger?  The answer.  He is black. 

The mainstream liberal media continues to portray all who oppose Obama in any way as racist.  Despite a list of failed policies, overreaches into the private sector, violations of the Constitution and planned destructive legislation too numerous to mention in this article, many Americans are still fearful of criticizing our first black president.  Incredible.

My fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow yourselves to be "played" and intimidated by Obama's race or the historical context of his presidency.  If we are to save America, the greatest nation on the planet, Obama's progressive agenda must be stopped.
