RE: ACORN affilliates prepare for 2012 VOTER FRAUD!

I am writing to respectfully demand that you support Senator Darrell Issa's push to launch a formal investigation into ACORN's criminal activities.  Senator Darrell Issa is demanding a formal investigation into the CRIMINAL fundraising schemes that ACORN's New York front group used to raise cash for the Occupy Wall Street protestors.

The House Oversight Committee Chairman and leading investigator for the House of Representatives said ACORN is "Engaged in fraud through its participation in the Occupy Wall Street protests. [And may have] solicited donations from union members under false pretenses and misappropriated funds to support the protestors."

VOTER FRAUD is the name of ACORN's game. They're just getting their feet wet in the Occupy Wall Street protests. Their main goal is to steal the 2012 elections by flooding polling booths with illegitimate voters.

Don't forget - ACORN was under investigation in 2009 for election fraud and related offenses in nearly 20 states, for crimes ranging from false voter registrations and illegal voting, to identity theft and records tampering, to using felons as registration workers.  There was enough proof that Congress passed the 2009 Defund ACORN Act, which banned federal funds to ACORN and was signed by President Obama.

Judicial Watch investigators recently discovered that the Obama Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a $79,819 grant to the Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA) — an offshoot of ACORN — in apparent violation of the 2009 DEFUND ACORN ACT funding ban passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama in 2009, which banned funding to ACORN “and any ACORN-related affiliates”.

ACORN  dropped the name after the 2009 Defund ACORN Act ban, and reorganized under dozens of different affiliates to restore their ability to steal federal funding through Obama, and use the stolen taxpayer’s money to steal the 2012 election for Obama, using their standard voter fraud tactics.

The official federal website USAspending.gov, listing federal expenditures identifies the AHCOA organization receiving this grant as “ACORN Housing Corporation Inc.” and even lists ACORN’s New Orleans, Louisiana, address.  Moreover AHCOA maintains the same board of directors, executive director, and offices as its predecessor, ACORN Housing Corporation, Inc.  MAKE NO MISTAKE AHCOA IS ACORN and is a CLEAR violation of the funding ban.

Cease the unlawful funding immediately as required by federal law.

ACORN will stop at nothing to ensure that their previous employee and representing attorney -- and now our Community Organizer in Chief, Barack Obama is re-elected in 2012! We must defund ALL ACORN iterations - NOW!

Obama's previous employer, the criminal Corporation ACORN, after legislation was passed by Congress to disallow ANY federal funding, simply re-named ACORN , in order to allow Obama to continue to fund them with taxpayer's dollars.  Ex-ACORN employee, whistle blower, and patriot Anita MonCrief has revealed corruption that should be addressed by RICO prosecution, and now spreading into other countries like Canada.

The Obama Radical Agenda

The Progressive GRAND PLAN to control our children through the use of an expanding system of tyrannical federal government growth and control.  They have borrowed this tactic from Socialists, Communists, Unions, and Nazis – all of which, along with Alinsky and Cloward&Piven strategies have suggested using FEDERAL OVER-REGULATION to bring down Capitalist economies.

Hillary Clinton’s Wellesley College 1969 senior thesis was on Saul Alinsky's strategies to overthrow the American system.  Her thesis pdf document was posted HERE, but seems to have mysteriously disappeared from the Internet, as several of President Obama’s aliases have also started disappearing.  Here is another post of Hillary Clinton's Alinsky connection, which hasn't been removed from the Internet yet.  More of her agenda may disappear from the Internet if she becomes Obama's 2012 Vice Presidential running mate, as rumored.

Saul Alinsky dedicated his book Rules For Radicals “... to the very first radical ... who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom - Lucifer.”

And the Obama agenda is a mirror of the strategies of his radical mentors at Columbia University – Husband/wife team  

Cloward&Piven.  Another of their militant radical followers was George Wiley, who used the Cloward-Piven welfare attack strategy against America,   One of Wiley's militant proteges was Wade Rathke who created ACORN and SEIU.  Obama was an attorney for ACORN beginning in 1995 before he lost his license to practice law in 2008 (his wife had lost her license earlier, in 1993), and Obama

used taxpayer funds to pay ACORN off for providing most of the voter fraud for his election, after he became President.  Congress, after investigating ACORN crimes, passed bills denying ACORN any more federal funding, however ACORN split into several different re-named groups in order to allow Obama to again start up "stimulus" payoffs to them, again taxpayer's monies.  Some of ACORN's new aliases are the Affordable Housing Centers of America, Alliance of Californians For Community Empowerment,   and New York Communities For Change - More name changes are expected to follow in order to allow ACORN to create additional funding targets for the Obama administration to continue funding through taxpayers.

In 1936 the National Education Association (NEA) stated its position - “We stand for socializing the individual.” Willard Givens, 1934 NEA Executive Secretary said that the “major function of the school is the social orientation of the individual.  It must seek to give him understanding of the transition to a new social order.” The NEA has  also written that “our fundamental goal is a progressive nation in a peaceful world. . .achieving this objective demands understanding of and commitment to the proposition that education is a primary instrument for social advancement and human welfare.”

Paul Haubner, specialist for the NEA says that “the schools cannot allow parents to influence the kind of values/education their children receive in school - that is what is wrong with those who say there is a universal system of values.  Our [humanistic] goals are incompatible with theirs.  We must change their values.”

Chester M. Pierce, professor of Education and Psychiatry at Harvard said that “every child in America entering school at the age of 5 is mentally ill because he comes to school with certain allegiances to our Founding Fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, and toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity.  It’s up to you as teachers to make all these sick children well – by creating the international child of the future.”

Former Democrat State Senator of Nebraska, Paul Hoagland, agrees with Professor Pierce.  Hoagland said “the fundamentalist parents have no right to indoctrinate their children in their beliefs.  We are preparing their children for the year 2000 and life in a global one-world society and those children will fit in.”

These radical plans have been working for decades toward the overthrow of America, and have been effective so far.  The left’s agenda doesn’t work as well with adult Conservatives, especially when we are watching for the deception.  But the deceptions work much better on our children because of their limited experience.  This attack on our children also works better when combined with simultaneous attacks on the traditional family and religion.

And what does this systematic indoctrination of our children ultimately accomplish?  That’s right, it results with more Progressive, adult voters.  Voters, who are already pre-indoctrinated with a welfare mentality and a core belief in a federal socialist system of redistribution of the wealth of others into their own pockets, are now voters from the far left.  Mission accomplished!


President Obama has been the most deceptive and family dangerous president in the history of AMERICA!

One of the liberal left’s most insidious tactics to overthrow the American way of life is their attempt to re-write, re-define, and replace American history.  If they can accomplish that, they will have achieved control of our children – control of their education, control of their votes, control of their ideologies, and control of their futures as citizens, with freedom and liberty, of the United States of America.  This is a major step toward stealth implementation of the New World Order.  There is a "conspiracy theory" of the New World Order which has "fringe elements" that are unproven.  However there can be NO DOUBT that there are extremely organized forces in existence today, supported by groups such as Socialist Party USA, Communist Party USA, leftists, Nazi Party USA, Unions, Marxists, Muslim terrorists, Occupy groups, United Nations, etc., who have a hidden agenda to destroy America and to create & expand control of all people under a "World Government".  There are differences in the agendas of all of the above mentioned groups, but all of them publically support each other in their common goal.

This single goal is the sole reason the left has spent the last half century infiltrating and taking control of the American education system from the primary levels of the public school systems all the way up through the graduate levels of the American collegiate system.  That is why the left has partnered with the corrupt Union system to help secure their strangle hold on American education.  Unions have been infiltrating the American Education system, and other areas such as food, transportation, and communication, all for the specific purpose to gain absolute control over the American citizenry.

Too few American patriots have noticed this deceitful “sneak attack”, until it has almost become too late!

This tactic began with the subtle take-over of our educational system.  So the first step would be to defund the federal Department of Education and return those rights to the parents and States, as required by our Constitution.

But there are MANY more federal agencies which are unconstitutional, costly, and need to be defunded immediately in order to shrink federal government, constrain them to a balanced budget,  and reduce control & over taxation.

This agenda is promoted by the Left’s breakdown oftraditional family values.  The plan includes abolishing the parental rights of parents for stewardship of their children.  They have gained control of our education system to indoctrinate our children by redefining & rewriting history, sexuality, promiscuity, marriage, gender relativism, right & wrong, competition, world view, parental respect, etc. – and all the while, restructuring the parent/child relationship by destroying parental rights of input in their children’s decisions.

The very first sentence in the body of the United States Constitution states clearly:  "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

The U.S. Supreme Court has often stated that every word in our Constitution holds equal weight. Therefore, when one reads the words "All legislative Powers" granted to the federal government "shall be vested in a Congress," a couple of very INCONVENIENT questions quickly come to mind:  How is it that over one hundred federal agencies are also allowed to make law? And, how can the President and Supreme Court make legally binding law --- they call those laws rules, regulations, executive orders, and signing statements?  ALL are unconstitutional when used to CREATE NEW LAW.

James Madison, the Father of our Constitution, clarified the authority of the federal government in the Federalist Papers #45:  "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are FEW AND DEFINED. Those which are to remain in the State governments are NUMEROUS AND INDEFINITE.  The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce;  with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State."  If the federal government's powers are "few and defined," how, then, can the federal government make laws on subjects that are not defined (duties tasked to it) by the Constitution?

Madison continues:  "The operations of the federal government will be most extensive and important in times of war and danger;  those of the State governments, in times of peace and security.  As the former periods will probably bear a small proportion to the latter, the State governments will here enjoy another advantage over the federal government.  The more adequate, indeed, the federal powers may be rendered to the national defense, the less frequent will be those scenes of danger which might favor their ascendancy over the governments of the particular States."

The Supreme Court agreed with James Madison.  Back in 1819, Chief Justice Marshall (McCulloch v. Maryland) ruled:  "This government is acknowledged by all, to be one of enumerated powers."  For more detail see HERE.

Most informed Conservatives recognize the need now, to DOWNSIZE the federal government, and restrict their influence to ONLY the areas granted to them by the U.S. Constitution - areas such as National Defense.  Most of the federal government’s departments and agencies have NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY and should be shut down, saving TRILLIONS of taxpayer dollars.  Their functions are constitutionally reserved to the Stares.

There are literally hundreds more of these unconstitutional federal departments agencies, programs, grants, bureaus, commissions, administrations, offices, foundations, etc., that need to be shut down – the federal budget savings will be in the TRILLIONS of dollars.

Here is a proposal for a single, ONE PAGE Repealing Act, which would abolish, en masse, all unconstitutional (and many constitutional but detrimental) laws, agencies, programs, and policies that have been ursurped by our bloated federal government.

A common and consistent Obama strategy to implement his political agenda, has been a large amount of “RE-DEFINITION”, or “PERVERSION” of a federal system already in place, in order to change its direction to conform to the “Obama agenda”.  This seems to have been an effective strategy for Obama which usually escapes notice by the victims.

I WONDER IF THIS STRATEGY CAN BE TRACED TO AYERS, ALINSKI, MARX, OR OTHER SOCIAL REVOLUTIONARY STRATEGIST?  Until I find out if the strategy was created and defined by someone else, I am going to call it Obama’s Strategic Mis-Direction Strategy (SMDS)”.

The Muslim Brotherhood is the oldest, and one of the largest Islamic groups.  And is the largest political opposition organization in many Arab states.  It was created in 1928, and the Brotherhood’s stated goal is Islamic political and religious change throughout the world.

Their official stance is that they are non-violent, but they have beern suppressed throughout the Middle East for their violence, murder, and assassinations.  They believe that political reform is the true and natural gateway for all other kinds of reform.  The Muslim Brotherhood is banned in Egypt and other countries and is considered to be the father of the modern Islamic terrorist movement.

The Obama administration has been allying with, and appointing organizing TERRORISTS INTO U.S. FEDERAL AGENCIES.

The group’s objectives, include the “global conquest of Islam” and “reestablishing the Islamic Caliphate, the “public and private duties of jihad,” and the “struggles Muslims must wage against Israel.”

President appointed James Clapper Director of National Intelligence TO REFUSE TO RECOGNIZE THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD AS EXTREMIST in contradiction to FBI Director Robert Mueller who believes they are a terrorist group.  The Gaza terrorist group Hamas was seeded from the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as several other terrorist organizations.

According to the toolkit site, the LET’S MOVE! initiative, started by First Lady Michelle Obama, has an ambitious national goal of addressing the challenge of childhood obesity within a generation, so that children born today reach a healthy adulthood.  Let's Move! engages every sector impacting the health of children and provides schools, families, and communities with simple tools to help kids be more active, eat better, and get healthy."

Thus, faith-based and neighborhood organizations have a unique and critical role to play in ending childhood obesity and addressing related issues of hunger. Your organizations are trusted leaders in your community, which makes you well-positioned to take action. Children learn many lessons about healthy living and well-being in faith- and community-based settings that set the foundation for their lifestyles as adults.  Let's Move Faith and Communities is designed to help faith-based and neighborhood organizations transform neighborhoods, engage communities, and promote healthy choices."

Consequently, towards the end of July 2011, ISLAMIC RELIEF USA (IRUSA) "a faith-based disaster relief and development organization, celebrated the inauguration of its Summer Food Service Program at the An Nur School in Lanham, Maryland."  The White House announced that IRUSA "had a collaborative partnership with the USDA's Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships and that IRUSA had pledged to host 50 sites as part of a MICHELLE OBAMA INITIATIVE."

So while an FBI agent confirmed that AT LEAST THREE OPERATIVES of the Egypt-based Brotherhood -- whose credo is “Jihad is our way and death in the cause of Allah is our dream” -- have penetrated the Obama administration," the First Lady is now dealing with an organization that boasts of such people as Yaser Haddara who is a member of the IRUSA board since 2006 and its chairman until May 2011.

According to the ISLAMIC RELIEF USA’S OWN SITE, "Dr. Haddara was one of the developers and lead trainers for the Student Leadership Training Program that was jointly sponsored by the Muslim American Society and the Muslim Association of Canada.  Dr. Haddara has been actively involved in several community organizations including the Islamic Society at Stanford University, the Muslim Community Association of the Bay Area, the Islamic Society of North America (Western Region), the Muslim American Society, and the Muslim Association of Canada."  Like the criminal ACORN organization where Obama served as attorney before he lost his attorney’s license, the Muslim Brotherhood obtains secrecy by promoting their goals under many different organizational names.

One of the main front organizations of the Muslim Brotherhood, the EXTREMIST ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF NORTH AMERICA’S (ISNA) "leadership does not accept Islamic practices that fall outside the version of Islam propagated by Saudi Arabia and the Muslim Brotherhood."  Furthermore, in addition to terrorism, the MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD SPREADS POLITICAL ISLAM, which weds religion and politics into a potent force that clashes with pluralistic democracies."

According to the 2007 report entitled EXTREMISM AND THE ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF NORTH AMERICA (ISNA), "ISNA is clearly connected to Islamic radicals and terrorist organizations, but it is not simply guilty by association -- its own ideology is marked by extreme social, political, and religious views."

Hence, "ISNA's ideology is its leaders' views of Islam within the context of religion and politics, where they believe in Islamic supremacy" as exemplified in the following statement:  “In considering the earth as an arena for Islam, Allah has promised its inheritance to His righteous people, and He has promised that Islam Will prevail over other religions."

So how does one reconcile this with IRUSA's CEO Abed Ayoub who claims that "IRUSA's mission is to alleviate suffering, hunger, illiteracy, and disease REGARDLESS of color, race, gender, or creed"?

Also troubling is the point that “According to the most influential Islamic authorities, zakat (alms in Arabic) can be given ONLY TO MUSLIMS."   So how does this figure in Michelle Obama's outreach program?  She can give only to Muslims?

Moreover, in January of 2011, Daniel Pipes described how "Islamic  charities” SQUANDER MONEY.

He explained how the Islamic Society of North America's Canada branch had engaged in "gross mismanagement" whereby less than one-quarter of monies collected went to the Muslim recipients.  Pipes further explained that "ISNA's management refused to give the auditor all the necessary documents" and thus it was not possible to follow "the trail of funds transferred from ISNA to other organizations."   Pipes ends his article by stating that "Islamic charities” already have a notorious reputation because of their ties to terrorism;  this case shows that they must be watched for more venal problems as well."

Further NEFARIOUS associations go to the Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW).   IRW has had directors who are linked to the U.K. and European Muslim Brotherhood.

One director was a former minister of religious affairs in the Sudan and also held numerous positions associated with the global Muslim Brotherhood.  In 2006 the Israeli government announced "the arrest of an IRW worker for activities related to supporting Hamas."  Moreover, "Islamic Relief was one of the founding members of the Union of Good."  According to STEVEN MERLEY of the Hudson Institute, “The Union of Good is a coalition of Islamic charities that provides financial support to both the Hamas “social” infrastructure, as well as its terrorist activities.  It is headed by global Muslim Brotherhood leader Youssef  Qaradawi, and most of the trustees and member organizations are associated with the global Muslim Brotherhood.  The Union of Good was banned by Israel in 2002 and was recently designated a terrorist entity by the United States."

As far back as 2004, Daniel Pipes described the Muslim American Society (MAS) and explained "how it seeks to REPLACE the Constitution with the Koran."  Though the MAS "goes about its work quietly; it is NONE THE LESS DANGEROUS  -  and perhaps more so - for that."

In August 2010, the Muslim Brotherhood-associated "Coordinating Council of Muslim Organizations" (CCMO) brought Muslim leaders to attend a special workshop presented by the White House and U.S. government agencies (INCLUDING HOMELAND SECURITY) to "PROVIDE AS A STIMULOUS TO THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD the groups funding, government assistance and resources."  According to a post by Christine Brim at Andrew Breitbart's Big Peace, "the workshop would apparently provide special access for these Muslim Brotherhood organizations:  the organizers pledged to provide “direct access” and “cut through red tape.”  And after the workshop, an Iftar dinner (breaking the fast of Ramadan) commenced.  The event was announced by the ISNA, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism finance trial."

That’s another example of the White House and the Muslim Brotherhood “breaking bread” together!

Notwithstanding the concern about the Muslim Brotherhood connections, Meghan Clyne, editor of National Affairs at the Weekly Standard, asserts that  while "much of what the Michelle Obama “toolkit” recommends is innocuous -- encouraging churches to host kids' intramural sports leagues, for instance several sections illustrate the Obamas' strange understanding of the role of religious communities in America and suggest how, under this president, faith-based offices at the White House and in the agencies have changed their mission and purview."

For Clyne "most worrisome, are the administration's efforts to have CONGREGATIONS PLACE THEMSELVES IN THE SERVICE OF GOVERNMENT AS RECRUITERS FOR THE WELFARE STATE" and “this approach is a marked departure from the original purpose of the White House faith-based initiative.   Launched at the outset of President George W. Bush's first term, the initiative was largely intended to allow religious entities to compete on an equal footing with secular ones for grants to deliver social services.   When it came to treating addicts, rehabilitating prisoners, mentoring children, sheltering the homeless, and, yes, feeding the hungry, the Bush administration argued that faith-based organizations often had better records of efficiency and compassion than government programs.  But rather than reducing the public's dependence on government-run programs by empowering faith-based organizations, the Obama White House seems to view churches, synagogues, and so on, as tools to INCREASE reliance on programs designed in Washington."  Another "stealth" method for Obama to use to increase federal dependency in the USA citizenry.

Just another example of the Obama “perversion”, or “re-definition” of a federal system already in place, to change its direction to conform to the “Obama agenda”.

"They're turning this on its head," said Rev. Richard Land, who handles public policy for the Southern Baptist Convention.  The wisdom of the original faith-based initiative -- about which he was initially skeptical, Land explains -- was "to have people who live in a zip code making the decisions about what are the best ways to alleviate the problem in that zip code," rather than being pushed to follow some federal initiative.  Under the Obama administration’s perversion of the faith based initiative, Land said, "the White House dictates what your priorities should be."

It appears that Obama AGENDA POLITICAL STRATEGISTS IN THE WHITE HOUSE are mindful of the demographics which "serve the President's electoral interests" in this faith-based program.   Moreover, is it ever a good "idea for churches to provide platforms for politician - or First Ladies", no matter which political party?

And, most troubling, "increased dependence on government ultimately services the interests of the party that represents big government,  " Leading us farther down the road to less independence and decision-making.

 So here's the mix: greater government interference coupled with possible Muslim Brotherhood influence even though the Muslim Brotherhood "is one of the MOST DANGEROUS ISLAMIC GROUPS IN THE WORLD TODAY."

Is this an accident, or a tried and true recipe for disaster?

Obama's Devilish Job Plan

Obama's recent “Jobs” Speech Has Devilish Details, and the bill is even MORE devilish!




The problem is that everyone is calling it the “Jobs Bill”, when Obama has no bill at all, yet! It was an Obama “Jobs Speech”, not a bill at all! A bill is a written proposal which can be proposed to Congress and evaluated by the federal Congressional Budget Office (CBO). The CBO is supposed to give a non-partisan evaluation of all budgetary bills, but leans toward the Obama agenda because of Obama’s bullying tactics.




Obama bragged of his “jobs plan”, and then delayed over a month as he and Congress vacationed, and then only presented the “speech”, publically admitting that his “jobs” plan was only a “FIRST STEP”, and not the final bill which he produced later, and would cost $447 BILLION which he said would be paid for, with a “string” of tax increases! As usual Obama wants it “PASSED RIGHT NOW”, while the screw is hot! He demanded 14 TIMES in his jobs speech to the Joint Session of Congress, to “PASS THE BILL NOW”.


He forgot his promise when campaigning for POTUS, to allow plenty of time for the people to read all his bills on a special federal website, also allowing time for the CBO to evaluate the REAL costs of bills presented to the Legislatures for a vote! 


 After he was elected, I think he likes the Pelosi plan better – “Lets pass the bill so we can find out what’s in it”! At least this one was not 2800+ pages, like ObamaCare!  Obama is also leaving the exact “tax increases” method to the 12 members of the “Super Committee” which is dangerous because 12 people will make the decision instead of the constitutionally mandated 535 votes required from the membership of both houses of congress! "Rep Gohmert: Obama’s Jobs Bill Has Devilish Details"

President Barack Obama’s jobs speech is even worse when you look at the details than it has at first glance, according to four-term Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert.  “It is a disaster” the Texas representative said in an exclusive Newsmax.TV interview.  And the whole bill should have been renamed from “The American Jobs Act” to either “The Save Obama’s Job Act” or “The Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Full Employment Bonus Bill,” he added.  Gohmert pointed to little-noticed aspects of the bill that Obama "forgot" to present to Congress on Monday.


One, he said, turns the unemployed into a "protected" class similar to ethnic minorities.  Sounds like more of Obama's "Class Warefare" agenda where HE gets to choose who get the benefits, and who do NOT!  Seems more dictatorial or Socialistic, than Democratic doesn't it?

“If you apply for a job and you think that the reason you didn’t get hired is because you were unemployed at the time, you're now a protected class,” said Gohmert, whose largely rural district borders Louisiana.  “You’ve now got a cause of action, go get a lawyer. “How do you prove, if you’re an employer, that being unemployed was not the reason that you did not hire somebody.  It is going to create all kinds of claims for this mass of people and there’ll be more and more unemployed because of this bill.




“This is a job killer except for famous lawyers who do labor work, they’re going to have a field day with the wind-fall profits,” Gohmert said. “Anybody that’s unemployed who doesn’t get hired is going to have a claim, a cause of action.   But everybody else is going to be in big trouble.”  Gohmert said he got the text of the bill on Monday evening and spent much of the night studying it.  His analysis is that the real losers would be small businesses.   Taking the oil and gas industry, he said it would help huge corporations such as British Petroleum and Exxon Mobil while hurting the small independent companies that provide much of the energy produced in the United States.  What Obama calls subsidies for the oil industry that he wants to eliminate are really the same tax deductions that all companies get, Gohmert said.  “They’re deductions of the cost of doing business.

Every manufacturer, every employer gets to deduct the cost of doing business, but this president wants to make sure oil companies don’t, and who’s going to be helped?  The biggest oil companies will be helped.  The price of oil, if this becomes law, will go up.” Obama’s whole concept of the role of government is wrong, Gohmert said. “One of the things that was the scariest to me in the whole speech he gave, he said he wanted government working side by side with business.  “THAT IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT’S ROLE.  Businesses don’t want or need the government as a partner.  They need the government as a referee to make sure the playing field is level, keep things fair and then get out of the way.”


Another little-noticed part of the bill is the establishment of the American Infrastructure Financing Authority.


That, Gohmert said, “WILL HURT THE COUNTRY IN MORE WAYS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.”


Then there is the clause that, he claimed, undermines the 11th Amendment by saying that any state that accepts federal money under its auspices automatically waives its right to sovereign immunity.  “If you accept $1 of federal money for any program in your state, you’ve waived your right not to be sued for not hiring somebody because they’re unemployed.


Another TREMENDOUS boost for attorney job “enhancement”!  Gohmert predicted the bill would “stimulate the economy almost as much as the last stimulus bill stimulated the economy; YES, JUST EXACTLY LIKE STIMULUS I - IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!


“It drove unemployment from below 8 up over 10 and it’s over 9 now.  He assured us, though, that if we did not pass this stimulus bill, unemployment might go as high, he said, as 8.5.


That 8.5 percent looks pretty good right now, doesn't it?”

WINNERS

I believe the GOP can unseat Obama in 2012, and it won't be easy but there are probably only a couple of ways for the GOP to screw it up.  The GOP winners could create a return to small government and conservative, Constitutional values.  Here are the disasterous mistakes that I believe we could make which might derail GOP momentum and saddle us with another term with Obama, and possible irreversible damage to the Unites States of America.  To become winners, we must avoid making these mistakes at all costs!


Diluting GOP votes by voting for non-GOP, fringe, and "DEM ringer" candidates.

Diluting GOP votes by entrapment into fringe issues instead of constantly emphasizing the major differences between the GOP and DEMs.

Dishonor pre-election promises.

GOP against GOP elitist attacks & "giving up" - see WHINERS below.  Lets leave all the "elitist" crap for the DEMs.  It has no place with the GOP if we really want the opportunity to take back America, and 2012 might be the last best chance to do that.

Depend on mainstream media to accurately report GOP principles.

Relaxing constant vigilance to detect DEM voter fraud.

Actions are at least, just as important as the words.  If you say you are going to do something, then do it!  If you give up now before the primaries, you would have probably given up prior to the elections.  GOP examples of this are Ross Perot who "imploded" toward the end of his 1992 candidacy for POTUS, and then changed his mind for the third time to reenter his candidacy.  He tried again in 1996, but had obviously left a bad taste in voter's mouths.  More recent examples of this are the Barbour, Daniels, Huckabee, and Trump withdrawals coupled with a lot of whining and waffling from them all.

WEINERS

Still think "character" has no importance in our elected officials.  How is that change working for you now?  Even DEMs know how important it is.  That's why they try to compare GOP faux pas to DEM moral collapse.
