Obama is an "equal opportunity" CRONYISM participant.  He doesn't advocate it PUBLICALLY, but he participates in it at every opportunity behind the scenes.  As a candidate Obama promised that the allocation of all federal "stimulus" monies would be nonpartisan and fair:  "Let me repeat that.  Decisions about how Recovery money will be spent will be based on the merits.  They will not be made as a way for doing favors for lobbyists."  So many unfulfilled promises - why are we surprised at Obama's lack of promised transparency, his frequent use of the "race card", his failure to stop LOBBYISTS, EARMARKS, AND CRONYISM?

Analyst confirms “Harrison J. Bounel” identity getting scrubbed from databases.

WASHINGTON – "Harrison J. Bounel," an alias identified for Barack Obama by debt-collection and skip-trace expert Albert Hendershot, is currently being scrubbed from professional databases, the investigator reports.

"I believe Obama supporters are trying to eliminate any and all evidence of Obama's shady past from all public databases," Hendershot told WND.  "It's the only explanation for why the alias 'Harrison J. Bounel' has dropped from sight in database searches on public records done for Obama's Social Security number and home address in Chicago."

As seen in Exhibit 1 below, Hendershot has put together a chart that documents how he first found the Harrison J. Bounel name appearing in databases he was using to search properties in Chicago.  He has worked with WND to make a series of previously unknown disclosures about the Obama home in Chicago's upscale Kenwood neighborhood at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue.

As Exhibit 1 below points out, following the discovery last March that the alias "Harrison J. Bounel" is associated with Barack Obama's Social Security number and with his Hyde Park mansion, Hendershot published his research in May ON HIS INTERNET WEBSITE.

Exhibit 2 documents that a Henderson database search from public records conducted March 11 resulted in two different records for Barack Obama's Social Security number:  one for a "Bounel Harrison J" and the other for Barack H. Obama, identified with several variations of "Barack H. Obama" that appeared in the database.

As seen in Exhibit 3, Hendershot was able to duplicate the results utilizing a second public database that again showed both Harrison J. Bounel and Barack H. Obama using the same Social Security number and living at the same address.

Next, as seen in Exhibit 4, Hendershot did a "relatives" search on "Bounel Harrison J" and found that Michelle Obama came up as a result, again with an address history that included the Obama mansion at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue.

A second database search, as seen in Exhibit 5, demonstrates that Michelle Obama shows up as a relative of Harrison J. Bounel, further confirming that "Bounel Harrison J." is an alias for Barack H. Obama.

Finally, as seen in Exhibit 6, a search completed Aug. 19 of the same database seen above in Exhibit 2 shows no record of the Harrison J. Bounel alias.

Hendershot, who has been studying for the past six months the Obama mansion purchase, has assisted WND in two previous published reports:

1.     WND has previously reported THAT AT LEAST THREE PEOPLE ARE LISTED AS CURRENT OWNERS AND TAXPAYERS on the Obama mansion:  William Miceli, a Tony Rezko attorney and fundraiser who practices law at the Miner, Barnhill & Galland, the firm that employed Obama when he did legal work for Rezko;  Chicago Probate Judge Jane L. Stuart; and Obama accountant Harvey Wineberg.

2.   WND reported the “buffer zone” parcel at the Obama family mansion at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue purchased by the wife of convicted felon Tony Rezko, was transferred to Barack and Michelle Obama without ever being assessed or taxed, in apparent violation of Illinois law.

WND has also reported THAT TWO PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS WORKING INDEPENDENTLY have asked why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

Tax fraud suspected in Obama land deal

The "buffer zone" parcel at the OBAMA FAMILY mansion in Chicago's upscale Kenwood neighborhood purchased by the wife of convicted felon Tony Rezko was transferred to Barack and Michelle Obama without ever being assessed or taxed, in apparent violation of Illinois law, according to a debt-collection expert.

"The Cook County assessor's office told me that there is no record of any tax assessment having been done on this transfer of the buffer zone property into a Northern Trust Co. Deed in Trust," Albert Hendershot told WND.

Hendershot, president and owner of Innovative Portfolio Recovery Inc, a debt collection and skip tracing company based in Birmingham, Ala., noted the buffer zone "does not have an address attached to it, which is probably how the assessment and tax were avoided."

He noted that the records of the Cook County recorder of deeds shows that the buffer zone parcel was deeded by Rita Rezko to Northern Trust No 10209, a real estate investment trust.  A trust was created for the Obamas to give them "a measure of privacy," then-Obama spokesman Bill Burton told the Times of London during the 2008 presidential campaign. Records of the Obama trust established for the mansion have been made public here.  However, Northern Trust No. 10209 is actually a bundle of a number of different properties, and the public documents do not explain the legal transfer processes by which the deed for the Obama mansion was bundled into Northern Trust No. 10209.

WND has confirmed with the assessor's office that there is no record of a tax assessment on the parcel Rezko sold to the Obamas, and a search of the assessor's database online using the property's PIN produces no results, as seen below.

Hendershot explained that the buffer zone added 1,907 square feet to the Obama house lot, creating a total of 12,047 square feet for the lot containing the mansion, which is property identification number, or PIN, 20-11-115-037-0000.

"Even if the transaction were considered absorbing the buffer zone into the larger property that the Obamas bought," Hendershot said, "that would have constituted two separate transactions for the same parcel – the transfer to the Obamas and the absorption of the buffer into the larger property – without a proper tax assessment being completed on the property in question."

What is the problem?  "It has the look of real estate and tax fraud," Henderson answered.   "If a property is transferred without a tax assessment being completed and without taxes being paid on the property, my professional background causes me to be suspicious a crime may have been committed."  Hendershot, who has been studying the Obama mansion purchase for the past six months, explained to WND that the transaction involved a complex multi-layer structure that resulted in multiple PINs being created for the 5046 S. Greenwood property, as recorded in the offices of the Cook County recorder of deeds and the Cook County assessor.

WND previously reported that at least three people are listed as current owners and taxpayers on the Obama mansion: William Miceli, a Tony Rezko attorney and fundraiser who practices law at the Chicago law firm Miner, Barnhill & Galland, the firm that employed Obama when he did legal work for Rezko;  Chicago Probate Judge Jane L. Stuart;  and Obama accountant Harvey Wineberg.  In Exhibit 3, Hendershot summarizes the multi-layer transaction his research has tied to the property at 5046 S. Greenwood.

Exhibit 4 details the transfer of the Rita Rezko buffer zone parcel.

When the Obamas bought the mansion in 2005, Rita Rezko purchased the vacant lot adjoining the house, permitting the Obamas to afford the house. Listed at $1.95 million for the house and the vacant lot together, the Obamas purchased the house for $1.65 million, while Rita Rezko bought the vacant lot for $625,000.

Rezko then divided the parcel and in January 2006 sold one-fifth of it to the Obamas for $104,500. In December 2006, when Tony Rezko was indicted, she sold the remaining portion for $575,000, claiming she needed the funds. She netted an estimated $54,500 from the latter sale.

The CHICAGO TRIBUNE REPORTED land records of the Cook County Recorder of Deeds showed Rita Rezko sold the lot to a company owned by former Tony Rezko business attorney Michael J. Sreenan that planned to develop housing on it.

RECORDS POSTED BY THE INTERNET BLOG “REZKO WATCH” showed Sreenan made a $2,000 contribution to Obama on June 20, 2003.

POLITICO.COM REPORTED Sreenan made five other contributions totaling $3,500 to Obama on the same days other Rezko associates and employees contributed often matching sums.  Apparently, the Obamas had little reason to fear that Sreenan would actually construct any condos on the lot purchased from Rezko.

According to the Rezko Watch report, Alderman Toni Preckwinkle rejected plans from a prospective buyer who wanted to build a single-family home on the lot adjoining the Obama home, as well as a developer's plans to build condos there.  Preckwinkle declared that any home built on that land would have to be compatible with the neighborhood's mansions.  Preckwinkle, Rezko Watch noted, is not only the Democratic committeeman of the 4th Ward, but she is a known Obama supporter.  ACCORDING TO THE CHICAGO SUN TIMES, Rezko was the long-time head of Preckwinkle's campaign – finance committee.


UPDATE: Tony Rezko sentenced to Ten and a half years for fraud scheme with then Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevitch.

Are you going to vote for Obama in November 2012?  Which groups and individuals does Obama get his greatest support from?

He was recently endorsed by The Socialist Party USA (SPUSA), the Communist Party USA (CPUSA, later caught deleting all references of supporting Obama from their web site), the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA, who in my post HERE, claimed 70 cardholding socialist Democrats in Congress), Hamas endorses Obama, the ACLU, Muslims (80% approval), National Organization For Women (NOW, also supporting abortion on demand and same sex mariage), the Black Panthers Organization, ACORN, Planned Parenthood,  Common, a rapper/poet who sings of cop killing, 20 years in the congregation of Rev. Wright, with his “God damn America” rhetoric, and Union support in the hundreds of millions of dollars.  These, along with progressive liberals make up Obama’s constituents.

Obama’s “green jobs” czar, and Communist Van Johnson resigned amid controversy concerning past inflammatory un-American remarks.  Obama supports  his “Safe School’s” Czar Kevin Jennings, who supports the North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).  NAMBLA is promoting legalizing consensual sex AND marriage between adult males and male children of any age.  Jennings publically praised Marxist & Communist Harry Hay, the founder of NAMBLA.  Mr. Hay was also openly homosexual who abandoned the Comunist Party USA, and his wife who he met when they were both members of the American Communist Party, in order to set up the first official gay rights group in the USA, the Mattachine Society.   Jennings also edited a book called “Becoming Visible: A Reader in Gay and Lesbian History” for High School and College Students which included a biographical sketch on Harry Hay.  This “bizarre trend” of Jenning’s was only curious until he admitted illegally hiding pedophilia information from school officials when he was a teacher in Massachusetts.  It was while a teacher that Jennings also founded the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) which now has 40 chapters in schools nationwide.  Would YOU have made Jennings your “Safe Schools CZAR”?  Hard to understand how that could happen isn’t it?

President Obama also appointed Amanda Simpson, who describes herself as “one of the first transgender appointees to the federal government,” as a senior technical adviser to the Commerce Department.   Other reports say that Simpson, a member of the board of the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) for the past three years, is the first openly transgender presidential appointee.  NCTE, like the Center for American Progress, is funded by the Open Society Institute of billionaire George Soros.  NCTE received $50,000 from the Open Society Institute in 2007.  The Soros group gave $70,000 to the Transgender Law Center in San Francisco in the same year.  “The global economic crisis and recent changes in the U.S. political environment have elevated the risks and opportunities for building a better society, resulting in a ‘perfect storm’ for transformative change in America,” declares the Open Society Institute.

 

Pretty “motley crew” crew of supporters, huh?  All those bizarre relationships above are pretty scary, but let’s get back to the recent overwhelming Muslim approval.

You can tell a lot about a candidate by looking at where his support comes from.  O bama was recently endorsed by the Socialist Party USA (SPUSA) and the Communist Party USA (CPUSA,  although they were caught scrubbing all Obama endorsements from their web site).  The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA, who recently claimed in my post here that there are 70 card holding socialist Democrat congressmen in the US congress)NAMLA

An overwhelming 80 percent of Muslim Americans approve of the way Obama is handling his job, according to a newly released survey by the Abu Dhabi Gallup Center, a partnership between Gallup and the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi.

Jewish Americans — many of whom disapprove of Obama’s policies regarding Israel — nevertheless give him a 65 percent approval rating.  His approval rating among atheists, agnostics, and those of no religion is 60 percent; among Catholics, 50 percent; among Protestants, 37 percent; and among LDS, just 25 percent.

Obama’s favorable rating among Muslim Americans has gone down slightly since 2009, when it stood at 84 percent, but still remains far higher than President George W. Bush’s rating among Muslim Americans in 2008, 7 percent.

Unfortunately for Obama, Muslim Americans are the least likely members of any major religious group to be registered to vote — 65 percent compared with 91 percent of Protestant Americans and Jewish Americans, according to the Abu Dhabi Gallup Center.

This may be because many Muslim Americans are first-generation immigrants and may not yet be citizens. Muslim Americans as a group are also significantly younger than people of other religions — 36 on average — and youth is often associated with low voter-registration levels.

If we can hold down voter fraud in all its forms, voter intimidation, denial of military ballots, and also expect voter fall-off for college age voters and Muslim voters, that may provide good news for America in November 2012.
